Bought this for my almost 12-year-old son and he is so happy with it. It’s functioning really well. All of the added features like the rainbow light up panel is a lot of fun. The bell and the front light are great as well.

Research was easy, the purchasing experience was straightforward, and so far, the S Nova Pro has been an amazing commuter scooter! With my packs, I'm probably about 240 lbs, and the scooter keeps me in the 20-25mph range and gets me up the one modest hill on my commute with ease. From the train station to work and back is about 5 miles, which takes 1 of the 5 bars off the battery gauge. Be warned, though, this thing IS a beast... at 60 lbs, you can't just fold it up and carry it around. This scooter is solidly built, although the rear fender rattles over the big bumps that the suspension absorbs. I am delighted with my choice, and I still have two weeks remaining on my trial period!
