I bought 3 electric bikes from them. 1 of the batteries (or charger) quit working after only riding it a dozen times or so. I have contacted customer service to get a replacement. They did respond and asked what the problem was. I explained and sent a video etc. After several responses they basically quit talking to me. All I really wanted to know was the exact battery and charger I need to buy and they won't even tell me that. My little girl just wants to ride her bike while it is still summer. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company

Read the warranty, as you think you are getting a 2-year warranty, but only 2 years on parts that don't break and 6 months on the electrical components that are going to fail . Motor controller failed after 7 months, and I had to fork over $100 to get a replacement, which was double the price that it should cost, and also, their shipping is terrible. Stay away.

Never received order and was told it was in the mail. Review blocked from Amazon because I told the truth. Bought for my daughter and the order never left the facility. Pics say a house words just look if they let me post. Daughters b day long gone now but board never came. Hey thanks “isinwheel.com“ after 15 days package never left but shows lost? They lie big time. I wish I can post my pics

zero star option anyone? This company should not exist. It seems like it almost doesn't exist. The people at the call centre have no power to do anything, they are simply gatekeepers for decision makers only available via email yet when you email them they don't seem to be able to solve any issues either. Their bike was still not shipped after 7 business days and per their own policy, I cancelled the order and requested a refund... 3 times as it was completely ignored each time by this 'support' 'management' 'logistics' email only people. The next response I get is "sir, good news, your bike has been shipped." What? I've already cancelled.... the bike was still in their warehouse when I cancelled, the next thing I see is the tracking update... Businesses are supposed to solve problems, not create them. Save yourself the hassle of having any interaction with this POS company.

received the scooter and when I unpacked it, the tail light cap was broken. The light still worked, but there was no cap on it. The pieces fell out of the packaging. I emailed support three times and never heard one thing back. Quite sad to be honest. Customer service has really fallen off. I have three more scooters I will have to purchase in the future. As of right now it's safe to say I will be moving to a different company. Even if they told me where I could go buy one I would have appreciated that. I would've bought one instantly. Now I run the risk of water getting in there or debris and shorting out the light. Customer service receives a -5.

well first of all i ordered the h7pro and it came fast, i was excited. come to find out the rear inner tube was bad out the box and leaked air so i had to fill it up daily. after about a week of doing this i contacted them and asked if i could have the tube replaced and they said no it is considered a consumable item. so i went and ordered one off their website for $38 (overpriced badly) and it had a 2-5 day delivery. ok so i am waiting 7 days go by and it still wasnt even with the USPS so i call isinwheel and i get a foreigner and they tell me nothing but they dont know what is going on and that they would have to contact me. 2 more days and nothing so i start calling and emailing numerous times with no reply or answers. eventually 12 days in and i get the reply that they dont have any in stock so it will be awhile basiclly. (how do you not have your own parts but are continually making bikes and selling them?) another couple days i get a email saying they have them in stock and they are having one expedited. i keep looking on the USPS tracking for another 4-5 days and its still not with the USPS and they have no clue where it is at. i contact isinwheel again a couple more times and only ever get the reply that, "i assure you you will get it". many many days/ weeks in and i still do not have it and neither does the Usps. i honestly dont expect to get it, but i also have never gotten a refund that i asked for after the first 2 weeks of not getting the tube. i have left comments on their Facebook post asking if any one else has had this issue and letting others know what to expect and each time i do so they almost immediately delete it. funny how only positive comments and reviews show up on their reviews and postings. i know i am not the only one who is getting screwed around they just make sure they are able to hide it. very disappointing purchase for over $1000 and horrible horrible customer service. i would recommend to not buy from this company unless you plan on fixing problems yourself with parts from some place else. i would say 1 star and that this place is 100% GARBAGE!

I purchased two M60 bikes and received them on Monday 06/09/2025. I decided to unbox one on Tuesday evening after work. My daughter noticed scrape grooves in the body of the bike with paint missing. Thursday evening today I decided to go try the bike out with excitement, only to find that the bike was mailed to me with a bent chain and derailuer. I tried calling the support number three times today, and got no answer between 4pm and 530pm, but They close at 6pm. I’m so upset, because I am a so busy working I don’t have time for this. I was about to order a third bike from them and baskets, but who has time to buy and receive damaged goods, not be able to reach anyone, and be responsible to ship their damaged stuff back to them and be responsible for shipping.

They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with i would give zero stars if possible! Warranty is a joke safety hazards
