I bought S9Max isinwheel scooter one…
I bought S9Max isinwheel scooter one year ago, within 9 months the battery started to weekend and my distance shortened... I could no longer ride to work with my scooter... I purchased a new battery through isinwheel and installed the same day that it arrived... I noticed immediately that I wasn't getting the distance of the original battery that I just removed... I contacted isinwheel only to give them a review... However they said we'd like to help solve your problem and could you give us the invoice number or purchase number for the battery... I wasn't expecting that they would help and I thought this was great so I sent them a photo... They replied back that they wanted to purchase invoice number for the scooter... I thought this was kind of odd because who would purchase a battery for their scooter if they didn't have one as their battery is not going to fit any other scooter... Then they sent me a list of tests that they wanted me to do... I thought this was crazy who's got the time to do all of this... It's much easier to just purchase a scooter from a company in Canada.... I'm going to purchase a new scooter... This is the email that I received from them... ##- Please enter above this line -## Dear Customer, Thank you for providing us with the screenshot of your order number for the battery. We truly appreciate your cooperation. To move forward, we kindly ask if you could also share the order number of the unit itself, as this will help us identify the exact scooter model and ensure we provide you with the most accurate assistance. May we also ask where you purchased your scooter? If you have the order number, please share it with us as well. Typically, units purchased through our website would have the order number in one of the following formats: ISW00000COM ISW0000CA ISW0000MX In addition, to better understand what might be affecting your battery’s performance, could you please confirm the following by answering these quick questions: Was the scooter fully charged before each ride? How long do you typically charge the battery each time? Do you leave the charger connected after the battery reaches 100%? Have you noticed if the battery drains even when the scooter is not in use? Do you often ride on steep inclines or rough terrain? What is the average load (weight) carried when riding the scooter? Have you been riding in extreme weather conditions (very hot or cold)? How frequently do you use the scooter (daily, weekly, occasionally)? Do you use the scooter mostly at high speeds or on high power settings? Have you noticed any error codes or warning signals appearing on the display? Your answers will help us narrow down the possible causes of reduced performance. Lastly, if possible, we kindly ask you to send us a short video showing the issue in action—for example: Starting the scooter with a full charge, The display or voltage reading, How the battery behaves while riding or when it loses charge faster than expected. This will give our technical team a clearer view of what’s happening and allow us to determine the most effective next steps right away. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please know that resolving this issue is our top priority, and we’ll continue to assist you until everything is sorted out. Best Regards, After reading you email I don't have the time to perform all those tests. On that note I am no longer interested in doing business with your company. It's not worth the trouble as mentioned I noticed the first day after switching the battery that the original battery I took out of the scooter performed better then the new battery. I'm now going to purchase a new scooter... Thanks anyway but to much trouble I will deal with a local company...
