Bad bad experience. This company is a scammer camp. Ordered inner tube, promised 3-5days delivery. It’s more than 12 days and it was not even shipped. Customer service kept saying they will “escalate”, and of coz nobody calls back. The bike is broken without accessory support. Be warned. DO NOT PURchase any of their bike!

I purchased an electric scooter and it was defective straight out the box. The company did offer to pay $60 to fix the problem but I requested a refund. I was denied. I wouldn’t do business with them again

Avoid at all costs – dangerous product and disgraceful customer support I’m writing this as someone who has previously bought and been happy with two isinwheel scooters, purchased directly from their website. I know their products well, which is why this experience is so alarming. The isinwheel GT2 (advertised as 1200W) is an absolute joke. From the moment I received it, the scooter was clearly defective and underpowered. The throttle has severe latency both when accelerating and when releasing it (delayed deceleration), making the scooter unpredictable and unsafe to ride. It also fails to reach the performance advertised on their website, and the official app cannot even register the scooter’s serial number. To make matters worse, the GT2 performs noticeably worse than my older isinwheel M2, which is advertised as a lower-powered 1000W model. Even more suspiciously, the GT2 is supplied with a much lighter charger than the M2. I’m not an engineer, but when a supposedly more powerful scooter performs worse and ships with lighter hardware, serious questions need to be asked. What really destroys trust is what happens when something goes wrong. I spent weeks exchanging emails, following every troubleshooting request, reinstalling apps, checking connections, and sending multiple clear videos proving the faults. Instead of resolving the issue, isinwheel delayed, contradicted themselves, denied the problem, and eventually tried to avoid a proper refund altogether. On this occasion, their behaviour was absolutely reprehensible. If you’re lucky and nothing goes wrong, you might be fine. But if you receive a faulty product, be prepared for resistance, delays, and attempts to avoid refunding you. Based on this experience, I do not trust this company anymore, and I strongly recommend that nobody buys anything from isinwheel without reading reviews like this first. The GT2 in particular should be avoided entirely.

I'm only giving one star cuz I can't give zero. Between a tubeless tire that doesn't hold air and the customer service that doesn't answer the phone or help in any way and the fact that the scooter has broken twice in less than a year I think my recommendation is pretty clear... stay away

I bought the isinwheel S Nova Pro and it doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t even turn on. It was a complete waste of money. I’ve been trying to address the problem with Isinwheel customer service—but they are not helpful or responsive. Please be aware that you should buy a scooter from a reputable, reliable company—which this company is NOT

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience. My son’s Isinwheel electric scooter, which was just over a year old, suddenly stopped working mid-ride. Thankfully, he was on a side street and didn’t get seriously injured, but the situation could have been much worse. When we reached out to the company, their response was underwhelming. They offered to send a replacement battery, but it’s been several weeks and we still haven’t received it. They didn’t offer any replacement scooter or any meaningful support to stand by their product. I urge potential buyers to consider this before making a purchase. This experience has been frustrating and could have ended much more dangerously.

I purchased a e-scooter through their partner company - Circooter. The experience with customer service has been terrible. I ordered the wrong item and immediately requested the order to be canceled or the item substituted for the correct item, but they were unable to cancel it by the time the package left their facility over 12 hours later. I refused delivery of the item and it was delivered back to them almost 1 week ago and when I asked for a refund they stop replying to my email and their phone just never connects to customer service. I filed a complaint thru my PayPal and now the seller has replied saying I need to cancel my PayPal complaint in order for me to receive the refund. I am not going to cancel as this will void the purchase protection. Now I wait to see what the resolution will be, meanwhile they are holding onto my money...

The v6 skateboard only lasted one year, it completely stopped working, I tried to reach out to the manufacturer they responded at first then completely stopped, this is a cheap Chinese brand that will not withstand the test of time I highly do not recommend their products.
