The product fell apart in under 60 days of use. The send replacement parts for one problem and not the other. they leave the customer with a non working scooter and try to act like they helped in some way when really just trying to not allow the user a replacement or refund.

I purchased an Isinwheel ebike last year but faced serious hardware issues faulty brakes, motor mount screws twisting and damaging wiring. As a truck driver on the road, it took me a couple of days to gather all the right info and email them just two days after the warranty expired, though the issues began earlier. Instead of any understanding, they enforced rigid policies, refused calls, and only responded after multiple emails. I expected better care others should know this experience On top of that, the customer service was rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I want others to be fully aware of how this was handled

so I bought this gt4 dual from their official website and even paid for shipping as well $80 on top of scooter price they promised 3-5 days delivery for eastern zones so I waited and it's not yet shipped so I contacted the support team they mentioned we got a fraud report that there is mismatch of the transaction of your billing address for your credit card can you share the purchase screenshot of your bank statement they Mentioned, so I shared all the required documents they asked and waited 3 more days and they asked again for the screenshot of the same transaction and I'm super frustrated and shared the screenshots via email and it's been 10days till now they haven't shipped yesterday they sent me a email mentioning sorry for the delay as promised 2-5 days shipping but we haven't shipped due to the stock of that particular model so they mentioned the stock will come by next week and for complimentary they said will give lock for the escooter. what the hell who will wait 15-20 days for e scooter to arrive as promised they must ship the item by 3-5days atleast 7days and I even paid for shipping charges as well. Never buying anything from this brand again

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. This is the worst possible customer service I was riding my E scooter and it broke and I got injured and they won’t answer my call. They sent me a replacement part after about four months of talking to them and it’s impossible to fix given the directions. This is 100% the last spot I’d ever buy from again. The app is also extremely hard to navigate and most of it doesn’t work again. There is zero customer service.DO NOT purchase from here.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because I don't have the ability to give -10. Bought GT2 has 4 Miles on this, and they DO NOT WANT TO HELP. THEY WANT ME TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY! After months of contacting them, sending the same information over and over, they stopped responding. I ordered an E Scooter from them in November for my wife. When I tried to charge it up, it would not charge. Come to find out, one of the pins on the charging plug was broken off. I send them photo's, copy of my receipt, and a detailed explanation. I even called them and was told there was nothing they could do.

I bought a U7 Ebike off Amazon from ISINWHEEL. It arrived broken and after trying to communicate with them for weeks (obviously trying to see if I would just move on without a fight) I finally got an okay - only in words - to take it to a local shop to get fixed. I did just that - the back tire came flat and would not keep air - it needed a new tube and the stearing bar that goes into the frame would not stay tightened due to the gears in the actual frame needing adjustment. My bill came to $86.56. As I was riding it for the first time of having it for almost a full month - I came to find out that the screen and motor where not communicating and it almost threw me into a CHILD on the path. The only reason I even got a refund for the bike is because Amazon supported me. They also covered my S&H back which I am grateful I didn't trust ISINWHEEL for - as now that the bike that never worked in the first place - is in their hands they are telling me they will not refund me for the almost $100 because the bike is still broken. Yes, it is. But how is that MY FAULT? THE BIKE CAME BROKEN IN ATLEAST THREE WAYS THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. My true thought - do yourself a favor and just stay away from ISINWHEEL all together. It is not worth it and they are not an honest company.
