First of all, I myself am a customer service professional and have found 75% of companies customer service is either no where to be seen or greatly lacking. Isinwheel goes above and beyond to wow their customers with phenomenal customer service and appreciation. VERY long story short; I had an issue with one of the longboards I received from them. It was one of the top end boards so my wife and I were super nervous and skeptical for any help whatsoever! Along came Isinwheel to save the day! Not only is another board on the way, but they expedited my shipping while having the best customer service I’ve received in over a decade!! If you are looking for an electric mode of transportation there is ZERO question on who to go with!!! ISINWHEEL FOR THE WIN!!!

Great product. Really rides smooth. Lasts a long time and charges quickly. I weight 180 lbs and it has not trouble taking me around.

Great costumer service and great product, the mini scooter works amazing and it is very easy to assemble.

The scooter has been great but hit a curb and twisted wheel and snaped the handle bar. I sent note to customer service to see if I could order a replacement part and even though it wasnt under warranty they are shipping me a replacement part. And response was very quick back and forth.
