S10 MAX scooter FRAME ISSUES
I both an S10 MAX scooter less than 2 years ago and the weld from the battery casing to the platform the scooter come on done creating structural issue to the frame the scooter. I contact costumer service and this was they response: Dear Customer, Thank you for your detailed update, and we’re sorry to hear about the situation with your scooter frame and battery casing. We understand how concerning this must be, especially given that the unit is still relatively new and local repair shops are unable to safely proceed with the work. Based on what you’ve described, and the fact that multiple professionals have declined the repair due to structural safety risks, this type of damage is considered non-repairable under standard service conditions. Safety is always our top priority, particularly when it involves the frame and battery housing. At this stage, a local repair is unfortunately not a viable or safe solution. Because of this, the most appropriate option would be to consider buying a new unit. To support you, we can offer a discount to use when you purchase a new device, so you can continue riding without safety concerns or further issues. If you would like to proceed, please let us know and we will provide you with the available replacement models and discount options. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help you find the best possible resolution moving forward. -------------------------------------------------------------- BE AWERE before you buy FRAMES ARE WEAK AND WELDS THEY DONT HOLD AND ISINWHEEL CAN CARE ANY LESS< THEY TELL YOU TO BUY A NEW ONE.
