ABSOLUTELY LOVE the IS9 scooter! SO much, we bought 3! Great for adults and really great for my college student! I highly recommend! I love the speed, the oversized tires and the ability to lock and unlock from the phone.

My kids love the mini scooters. Had some issues and they stood by their product. Overall I am pleased with my experience.

What a good company you are, your after sale service is impeccable not to say how well those two bikes I bought are good bikes they are performing more than I could have expected, long range, ease of use and every practical things needed to operate are there and well performing, I love those bikes and they have given me a lot of pleasure so far, I am 84 years old and I never tough I would use it so much and love it that much, Thanks.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The U7 E Bike is a fantastic choice for both casual riders and those looking to tackle more challenging terrains. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new bike. And I highly recommend their service to anyone who values excellent customer care.

Hey guys, I got the bike to go back and forth to the store without having to walk or take the car. Its better than anything I could have dreamed of. I can get up and down this huge mountain i live on and still have two bars of power left, And I got it up 20.7 mph..this thing is 🔥. It was easy to assemble, I really have no complaints whatsoever. top-tier stuff 👍🏿

Nancy from isinwheel was great to work with. I ordered a S10Plus scooter and it works great. Overall very happy with the scooter and customer service. Thank you for a great product.

The V10 is a great board smooth and fast and can climb steep hills with ease! And I had a couple minor issues and Isinwheel took care of them. They stand by their product!! Very cool!!

Good service to the point answers, just that they might take like 2-3 days to reply
