Greatest customer service around, they replaced my motor on my isinwheel s10 pro and it was out of warranty. They did it so quick.

Amazing product will recommend for new e scooter riders

Son is really enjoying scooter as far as speed and travel experience. Customer service has been prompt and helpful to offer solutions to address any questions or concerns.

great company

The best customer support i have dealt with buying a scooter or e-bike. I first had to buy a scooter which i liked, but circumstances could not let me keep it, so i had to exchange it with a e-bike. The support people were always friendly, understandable and solve the problem. The exchange was smooth and without problems. I would buy from this company again...products are well built and professional.

The folks at isinwheel go above and beyond everytime I need assistance. I bought the v 10 longboard and I have yet to be disappointed. So many neat features. I've ridden a couple different designs. One board had a similar design but cost $2300 and this was both quicker on takeoff and top speed by a few mph. You can't get a better electric board for the price. And the warranty makes the board live up to the high standards

Great customer service I couldn’t express how well that isinwheel helps when you need it. I highly recommend them over any of the competitors and will continue shopping with them in the future.
