I had recently run into a problem with the led lights that belong to my V10 so I reached out to customer service to see about getting them replaced. I would like to start by saying that I love my isinwheel bike. I had an issue with the battery on my e bike. isinwheel provided me with exceptional customer service. I approached the company through the support email that was given in the bike documentation. I got an immediate response. The tone of the email to me was polite and gave me a sense that the agent wanted to make sure my issue was resolved in a fast manner. It has been resolved!!
