The customer service is excellent. Once I email them, they respond very quickly and always very professional. The scooters that I received for the price that you pay are awesome. The ride is smooth and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I got the H7 pro and also the hyper X. I bought the hyper X first for me and my wife used it once to go around the neighborhood and she said I want one so I upgraded to the H7 pro. The H7 pro looks awesome at night with the mood lights on.

Great scooter for the money

Due to stock delays my bike was delayed 2 months, the money was immediately refunded and order reinstated without hassles at the original at time of restocking. The folding brick was for my motor home and can be lifted inside away from theft very easily. As for performance it is brilliant with both power and full suspension to handle any type of difficult terrain. Now a trip to town for takeaway is a breeze

My GT1 started having problems around 1000 miles. I reached out to support about my problems and they determined that since it was still under warranty, they would send me a new updated scooter. Support was professional, kind, and prompt with their correspondence. This is my third Isinwheel and will keep coming back for their quality scooters and great customer service.
