I received my bike in time expected and was very eager to assemble. Once I took out of the box it was scratched and dinged with a flat back tire. Emailed the company and best they would do is $20 refund and blamed it on delivery service. The hazard sticker was put on sloppy so clearly not a delivery issue. Sent multiple pictures. They accidentally sent a seat with the purchase so I guess that’s cool although don’t need it.

Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour joindre le sav et faire un retour pour Acheter le modèle de 800w Le service client est une catastrophe J’ai envoyé un mail en allemand et laissé plusieurs messages sur le répondeur et rien. La période de 14 jours est maintenant dépassée. L’affaire est en cours. Le matériel est bien trottinette S9 mais attention au données constructeur.il est impossible de monter une cote de 15% avec cette trottinette. Le service client est inexistant 👎👎👎

I purchased this scooter because it seemed to be the best one I could get at this low of a price. However, thirty min after my purchase, I found some terrible reviews of the company and changed my mind. I followed the instructions to cancel my order by sending an email. 27 hours later, I received a notification that my order had shipped, and 28 hours later I received an email from isinwheel that they could not cancel my order and that I needed to pay the $50 shipping to send it back. Upon hearing this, I decided to just keep the scooter. I have found that it only goes 19 mph at full charge and averages at 16 mph. Additionally, the breaks are absolutely awful and have almost caused me to crash multiple times. To resolve this issue, I emailed the address listed in the pamphlet that came with the scooter and asked for instructions on fixing them. I received one response asking for my order number 30 hours later; I promptly respond. It has been over a week and I still have not gotten a response. If you want to give this scooter a try, I highly recommend that you order it through amazon.

I received the ix5 model and the front wheel does not turn properly. The brake is too tight and it is impossible to loosen it. I sent many emails and even called the company but never received a reply. Apparently there is no customer service. Very disappointed. Also there were no instructions included about how to programme the different programs.
