We ordered the Isinwheel M50 and M10 mountain bikes and they both arrived promptly and were relatively easy to put together. They are well-made, solid, and very responsive - the electric bikes will open up a whole new 'world' of long-distance biking for us! We're seniors and find the electric assist an amazing feature, especially in the Canadian prairies where wind is always a factor when biking. Highly recommend Isinwheel bikes!

Bought the S10 max for my son on a Saturday. It was shipped the next day and received on Tuesday. The scooter is great. Powerful, responsive and the display is big and easy to read. Perfect for a college guy to get around campus. With the purchase they included a lock and a bag for free. I asked for information and they replied the same day. If I buy another scooter it will be from this company.

I love that when I need help after trying everything you all come help me find out what is wrong and help me find the parts I need!

Bought the GT1 scooter. Love the scooter. Very fun scooter to get around on. Had an unfortunate event when unboxing to find the throttle lever was broken. Emailed company and they got back to me very quickly and fixed my problem by shipping me a new lever.
