Unfortunately my product was not packaged well enough to avoid damage in shipping. Fortunately ISC customer service came through, and paid for me to have it repaired to like new condition. Therefore, and since the product was well made of high quality materials I am happy to bestow the full five stars. THANKS, ISC.
