We want to take a moment to explain that our return policy is in place to protect both our customers and our products, and we try to be as transparent as possible about it. We include detailed instructions on how to open the product both on our Returns Policy page and directly on each product page. Additionally, the “TRY ME” sample is packed separately, and there’s a clear message on the black seal that says “Open Me Only If You Want to Keep Me” to ensure customers can make an informed decision before fully opening the main set. In your case, when the black seal was broken and the wefts were untied, it unfortunately voided the return. This is a second layer of protection to ensure that products aren’t used or tampered with, which is why we had to follow our policy. We completely understand how this could feel frustrating, and we wish we could have resolved it differently for you. We truly value every customer and strive to provide all the information needed so you feel confident in your purchase. While we understand your concern about the broken seal, we want to reassure you that all our products are brand new. Occasionally, seals can be affected during warehouse handling or shipping, but our hair extensions also come with golden security ties to ensure they remain untouched. In your initial communication with us on March 25th, you confirmed that the golden ties were intact, but you still wished to proceed with a return. We provided you with a return label in accordance with our policy. However, in a follow-up email on April 2nd, you informed us that you had removed the golden ties to check the hair—unfortunately, this goes against our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website. As stated in our policy, any product returned without meeting the hygiene and security requirements is sent for recycling, and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange in such cases. We apologize for any frustration this has caused, and we regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations this time.
