They were kind, quick to respond and most helpful, always. Despite my needing to return a product for a refund, which often times makes a company less than helpful, they were always replying immediately, courteous and professional. What a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

I love how it has a sample of the product first. Literally the quality of it is so good and it’s so easy to clip on and style the hair.

I requested to cancel a subscription and not only did they cancel it, they reimbursed the last payment. Also immediately and no questions asked.

When I ordered these extensions I didn’t know what to expect since there’s so many out there but I can say that they are by far very high quality! They are so soft and look so good! Shipping was also fast which was a plus! Highly recommend if you’re in search for some great hair extensions!

The shipping was fast. The hair was very soft. It was easy to apply. Didn’t tangle when I was combing it. Came package really well. Felt I was able to make a good look with the amount of hair provided.
