Because the hair no longer receives natural nutrients, we strongly recommend using sulfate-free and extension-friendly products and avoiding harsh shampoos. Regarding the fit, our wigs are made using a standard 23 cm cap measurement and include an adjustable elastic band that allows for approximately 1/5" of adjustment for a more customized fit. As for the VIP charge, during checkout there are two clearly displayed options: one that applies a discount associated with the VIP membership and another that allows you to continue without VIP at the sale price, without a membership subscription. The main concern visible was that the hair appeared frizzy, which is typically related to maintenance rather than the hair quality itself. Please note that blonde hair is more chemically processed in order to achieve lighter tones and, as a result, is more delicate and prone to dryness and tangling. For this reason, we strongly recommend using sulfate-free, extension-friendly products along with regular deep moisturizing treatments to keep the hair properly hydrated and to help prevent matting and tangling. Without this level of care, lighter shades can dry out more quickly, even with short-term wear. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been and regret that it did not meet your expectations. Please note that the listed length is measured on the hair while straight, prior to curling, which is standard practice for curly textures. Curly hair extensions also undergo additional processing to achieve and maintain the correct curl pattern, color, and texture. For this reason, they can be more sensitive than straight extensions and require extra care to maintain their appearance.
