When the ends become dry quickly, it can sometimes be related to factors such as heat temperature, frequency of styling, use of heat protectant, product buildup, or the need for deeper conditioning. That said, this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially someone who has worn extensions before. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed and would like to clarify our return policy to avoid any misunderstanding. Before approving a return, we clearly request a photo showing that the black security seal, which includes a visible message stating that it should only be opened if you intend to keep the product, is fully intact. This seal is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of all customers. If the seal has been opened or removed, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return. This requirement is explicitly stated on our website under the Returns & Exchanges section and is also included in the return instructions we send via email before proceeding. These measures are not meant to inconvenience our customers, but to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards for human hair products. To help sort this out, we did reach out and ask for a photo of the item so we could look into what happened and get you the right exchange, but we haven't received that yet. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that you were disappointed, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. Our team explained that every hair extension and ponytail includes a small sample weft in a separate compartment at the bottom of the tube. This is there so you can check the color, length, and texture before deciding whether the product is right for you. The main item is protected with a black seal that kindly asks to open it only if you wish to keep it. Once this seal is broken, we’re unable to accept a return because, as we work with human hair, we must follow strict hygiene rules to ensure each customer receives a completely new and safe product. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and never want our customers to feel let down. Regarding the VIP membership, this is added only if, at checkout, the VIP pricing option is selected instead of choosing “Continue without membership.” The membership can be canceled at any time, and any unused or stored credit on the account will be fully refunded by our customer service team. As for the return policy, each hair extensions set includes a sample weft packed separately, specifically so customers can check the color and texture before opening the main set. To remain eligible for a return, the sample weft must be kept in the same condition as received. Once the black seal attached to the main side of the tube is removed, the set can no longer be returned due to hygiene regulations we must comply with for hair products. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially if the color wasn’t what you expected, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.
