The hair is okay
The hair is okay, the customer service is less than desirable. Once they ship your item they feel it is up to you to TRACK DOWN your order, even when the shipping company they use is being irresponsible. I have never received such poor customer service and lack of interest in resolution, lack of willingness to assist or accept ownership of solutions. I would never shop there again.
