I bought the root melt beige highlights with brown. I used to have platinum blonde hair, but unfortunately, my hair was breaking off and I was absolutely in tears. I’ve purchased from irresistible me before many years ago and they lasted me a good five years. I am naturally brown so my new extensions match perfect. I am so happy with the color and the length. I definitely will purchase again..

I’m giving a five star, but when I received my hair the container was already opened when I tried the hair I loved it. I couldn’t return it because it was sent opened already and I didn’t want to argue with the company with getting an exchange. Good thing I loved the hair.

I ordered 2 wigs. One was perfect but the other was too big. I returned it without any issues. Customer service was wonderful to work with and I was refunded my money. I love my wig and it is high quality at an affordable price. Love this company and will continue to order.

I ordered the 20" curly 3a/b mocha balayage and it turned out too light all over for my dark chin length hair with caramel highlights. It is more of an all over medium brown. The hair and clips were high quality. Unfortunately, I didn't read the directions carefully enough and opened the end with the full clips so I was unable to exchange. The customer service was prompt and polite even though the answer was a bit of a shock to me after paying several hundred dollar. I ended up cutting several clip in to chin length and using them to fill in my bangs and sides after cancer treatments and a bad, too short cut so it wasn't a total loss. I do think it's hard to match with the sample as it may not match the rest of the hair perfectly but I would use this company again but with much more caution.

I can only rate the customer service regarding delivery issues. I sent a wig to an out of state friend as a gift. The big problem was with FedEx. I turned to Irresistible Me for help several times and each time I emailed they responded immediately and even contacted FedEx for me. The wig finally arrived after three days of delivery confusion. I feel that one can tell a great deal about a company through their customer service!! Irresistible Me is Outstanding!
