To clarify, the "100% free returns" refers to the fact that we provide return labels at no additional cost to customers when the return policy conditions are met. Each set of extensions is packed with a sample piece, which is separate from the main set. This allows customers to check the color, length, and texture without opening the sealed main package. The seal on the main set is accompanied by a message advising customers not to open it if they’re unsure about keeping the product. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return for hygienic reasons, as the product would no longer meet our quality assurance standards.
