Our return policy requires that products be returned in the same condition they were shipped, including the sample weft, to ensure the highest quality for all our customers. In your case, the sample weft was missing from the return, which is why we were unable to process a refund. When items aren’t returned in a sellable condition, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange, and the product is responsibly recycled as we cannot resend it.
