Excellent product but outrageously high shipping costs.
Excellent product but in the future I will find another source of Irish products. I do not plan on buying from IrishShop again due to their outrageously high shipping fees.

not the best experience
The item advertised would be shipped and received before Christmas, as it was a gift this was very important to me. It arrived the day after Christmas. Don't tell me or advertise something that won't happen. The Connemara marble in the earrings looks grey, unlike the picture which makes them look very green. another disappointment, but not as big as not receiving them when I thought I would.

Hi Monty, as stated on the promo banners and at the checkout when you placed your order, Christmas delivery was only guaranteed for Christmas with our $12 express shipping offer. Your chose our free shipping offer, which states 10-14 working days for delivery. Your order was shipped from Ireland promptly, as we know that many items are intended as holiday gifts and forwarded with USPS 2 day priority mail for faster delivery than usual so nevertheless should have reached you in time for the holidays, but it looks like this package was delayed en route to KS. Connemara marble by its nature varies from piece to piece, this is part of its charm for many customers that each item is unique. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience and will take your comments on board to see how we might better communicate shipping times and product information to our customers. IrishShop Delivers!
After a number of weeks of searching in vain for the right Celtic Cross as my girl's main Christmas gift, I began to grow concerned. Sure there were plenty of sites offering Irish merchandise but none of the quality and style I wanted. Fortunately, I discovered the IrishShop and even though it was late in the game (just days ahead of Christmas) they came through for me in a big way. On the 23rd of December they delivered the most magnificent and tastefully jewel CC I had ever seen. I mean it looked even better "in person" than on their website.
