The parts were delivered in time and in good visual condition. However the battery on the watch I purchase had already fail and had to be replaced before using the gift.

Hi Timothy, we are sorry to hear that battery seems to have been faulty when received. This was new stock and in working order when it left us here in Dublin, we have not had any problems with any other stock from this batch, so it would seem that it was just a faulty battery. We will raise this issue with the watchmaker. I ordered a Claddagh/Celtic ring and a croker Ireland polo shirt for my boyfriend. The ring is a nice piece, very different and is made and shipped from Dublin Ireland as stated on the website. My bf loved the ring! I was very pleased with the nice quality of both and the delivery. I paid extra for express shipping. Will shop here again!
