Update - fixed. Original issues with stand. Package deal not RATED to be used together & poor customer service
Update - The company finally responded to correct the situation. Thankfully it was a good compromise that could work for me. thank you! (original post) The stand in the package they sell is not rated to hold 2 panels. It exceeds the weight and will not stand erect. They said I should 'upgrade' and purchase a new stand after I received and assembled it all. Later I was told I could keep the stand and adjust bolts to try to fix the issue myself and it was safe...just not rated for the weight!!! Also, I was supposed to receive a call and never got a response. I have emails and kept the chats / texts to prove it all. Feel free to contact me for proof.
