My first impression of the iRestore…
My first impression of the iRestore brand was positive from the get-go. I had spent about a month doing as much research as I could on red light therapy, and I believe I found some good indicators that were positive enough to make me think it's the real deal. So when I decided to go for it, my online shopping was quick and easy. I opted for a bundle which consisted of Elite helmet & Illumina face mask. No, these products were not inexpensive by any means. In fact I was a little reluctant at first. But after some thought I figured if the treatment does work yes expected then the investment would have been worth it. Fast forward and my shipment arrived exactly a week later. Unpacking was like opening Christmas gifts as a kid. I must say judging by the look and feel, these truly are high quality products, which gave me the reassurance I had made the right choice. Time will tell about the effectiveness, but I pray and Hope that results will be positive.

App doesn't work
I just got this device. The manufacturer tells me it will take months to see results. That is fine. But I can't get the app to work to track my progress. Nothing works- I suspect it is because I registered my device on the website and now I can't register the device on the app. Who knows but I don't have time to sit on a chat to figure this out. I sent screenshots. I restarted my phone, uninstalled the app reinstalled the app but no good. Even my account information is not loading- there's a fundamental data issue here. They requested a review so here you go.

The products and pricing are great
The products and pricing are great. Getting a customs bill for an additional $285 is not great

Your charger/adapter is ancient!!
Your charger/adapter is ancient!!! Everyone is now using USB-C chargers and you have something totally obsolete. Fix it asap and send your existing customers new adapters for free
