I just it a weeks ago…
I just it a week ago…. Loving the feeling with Deep Sleep. Registered it make sure u look behind the panel for the serial number small numbers but it’s there under the on/ off button about 4 inches. I am excited for this adventure. Bought a mito light broke in less than 2 years they did nothing horrible experience. I hate that company.

I feel so disappointed
I feel so disappointed. I purchased a mask from iRestore and now need to return it because of the poor fit and questionable effectiveness. I have sent several emails to customer service requesting a return shipping label, but so far I haven’t received any response whatsoever. This experience makes me question the company’s integrity. At the very least, their customer service has completely failed. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased the helmet professional and…
I purchased the helmet professional and paid for the return refund guarantee. My results were poor, in fact I lost hair. I contacted them for the return and their promised email on how to return it was never received. I called again and was told to send another email as I had to deal with the first person I spoke to. I called again and was told I should keep the helmet and they'd send me $200. I said I wanted the full refund promised. I never received an email. Then I was told they have problems delivering to a "live.com" email and asked for a gmail address. I gave them my gmail address - again no email received. They changed their refund policy for items purchases after June 2. I bought mine in January! I never saw the "restocking fee" on my original order and now they have a 25% restocking fee. I had to call a third time and was given the same story that they'd send me the return information - NONE RECEIVED!! They are untrustworthy!!!!
