I was able to change my order.to…
I was able to change my order not to include battery pack. The delivery was quick. The delivery driver did leave the Irestore package underneath our mailbox at the end of our 700 door driveway. We were lucky it didn’t get stolen.

My Irestore device came just last week
My Irestore device came just last week. Have used it for a few days. Seems to be working fine. It is easy to use and I am hopeful for good results.

I've only had the laser cap a few days…
I've only had the laser cap a few days so I can't speak to the effectiveness yet. I will say the customer service has been very good. They answered my questions right away and reached out to see if I needed an adjustment on the fit. So far so good.

This is not for sensitive skin
This is not for sensitive skin. They don't disclose this upfront on the sales page on Amazon, and I clearly skipped reading the owner's manual guide. After about 1 year of use, I hadn't noticed much improvement. When the machine stopped working, they quickly replaced it. It was when I received the new machine that I actually read the fine print: Not for sensitive skin. It was one of those surprising and frustrating moments. Of course, had I known, I wouldn't have used the product. Now, there's no way to get rid of this product that clearly isn't a fit for me.

The best company ever
By far, IRestore has the best customer service. I spoke with a human (Not AI Assistant) and my issue was dealt with the same day. I called a 2nd time, spoke with a human right away and recieved excellent instructions that resolved my issue. I will always purchase any LED intrument that I need from IRestore. I give 10/5 points - far exceeded my expectations. Too bad that I can only provide 5 points.
