BUYER BEWARE
Didn’t receive my package, even though a signature was required. Then they wanted me to go hunting for it. When I couldn’t find it, I was basically told to take it up with UPS. Horrible, horrible experience, and even worse customer service.

Bought this last year and by this year
Bought this last year and by this year, the wiring came off from the bottom of the helmet and it’s completely unusable for just a year so if you purchase this be sure to purchase their warranty I personally think it’s bogus to spend that much money on a high-end cap for the wire to get cut off! I’ve seen little results over last year so some, but not as much as I thought I would!! I still need to continue using it as a results will occur because there’s been some progress however Little.

I used for 6 month everyday 10 minutes…
I used for 6 month everyday 10 minutes and my hair was definitely thicker. I found after 6 month maintenance treatments some weeks 3 day & some weeks 4 days. It works.

I didn't get what I ordered, I ordered the one with wireless power pack, but I received the wired model. I'm now requesting a return and refund.

Since you ordered the battery pack, you can now use the device conveniently while moving around without needing to stay connected to the outlet, making it wireless.

I received my Irestore Face mask last week Tuesday.
I received my Irestore Face mask last week, have used it 5 times and have already seen my dark spots lighten a bit. Looking forward to seeing what 6 weeks of use will show.
