I ordered both the iRestore hair growth cap and face mask. They both came on time and were packaged extremely well so the products weren't bounced around. I read the beginning, easy to follow instructions for charging both products to their correct capacity. I have only used them once so I can't comment on that yet. As I go along I will review again. Thank you!

Great products! I'm enjoying using them. My hair has stopped shedding and my skin looks great.

Poor information,- Delivery and unhelpful customer service,misleading fine prints Cost me as $500 for clearance. It is good for the company to say that it depends on your country and service but it is important to take responsibility and put some figures on line. People might still buy after knowing the total cost. But hidden costs and unfairness of the situation is unacceptable. Again if you do not want to pay the clearance you pay for service and handling of your choose the return the product. I couldn’t give behave stars, hence one

I haven't used it yet, but it was easy to register. I am unhappy with the instruction manual because the print was too small and light. I had to struggle to read it.

I had some questions and sent an email. Marvin answered. A couple of emails later, I asked if I was communicating with AI or a real person. He phoned me. Now I know that AI can do just about anything but show up in flesh and blood, but I appreciated the gesture, and had a pleasant conversation, where I was able to ask everything I wanted.
