I learned after purchasing the product…
I learned after purchasing the product that they have a 20 or 25% restocking fee. So it is not really fully refundable. Also, when I called to ask for more information, they said they will get back to me and they never did. Currently, I have not been able to use my product. Unfortunately, I could not carry it with me to my next destination and will sadly sit, never used in my closet for a year before I get to it.

I reviewed the call with our team, and during the conversation, our representative explained the return policy, including the applicable service fee, as well as the benefits of continuing to use the device. At that time, you agreed to keep the device and use it through June 2027, giving you additional time to use it and experience the potential benefits. As a reminder, our 12-month money-back guarantee allows eligible returns within the applicable return period. Returns are subject to a 25% service fee (less applicable taxes), along with return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We certainly understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We hope the additional time gives you an opportunity to use the device when you are able to and see how it works for you.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with iRestore and my purchase of the two Elite Pro panels and motorized stand. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. I called with a special request regarding my order, and they not only accommodated it, but also worked with me on a very fair price. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. What really impressed me was how quickly everything came together. From the day I placed my order to the day it arrived was only 7 days, which is incredible for a purchase of this size. Everything arrived extremely well packaged, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the system itself is incredibly simple to set up and use. The quality of the panels and motorized stand is excellent and feels every bit as premium as I hoped it would. This was a significant investment — around $4,000 — and I feel great about the purchase. Recd my new Elite 3 days after ordering! So exciting! I have the Pro but have been wanting the Elite since it came out! I am 75 yr old female- not losing my hair but it sure has gotten so much thinner! Enjoy my IRestore treatments daily with my morning cup of coffee. TY IRestore! ❤️

Great product
The product so far has helped tremendously with my redness, also it seems to be smoothing my fine lines. I highly recommend, I use it 3 to 5x a week. 3 weeks in.
