As excited as I was to receive the helmet device, I am disappointed by the commercial practices. Out of the blue, I received an email from customs asking me to pay nearly 250$ to receive my package and an email from irestore saying if I don’t pay I will not get the device and they will charge me around 150$ as processing fees. This was not mentioned when I bought it. I bought products from other shops in the US and I never had this situation. It s not fair to put a discount price if I have to pay more than what it s written on the website. Didn't see any results after using the pro helmet but they say it takes time so no comment on that yet.

However, our policies are posted on our website for everyone's access as we cannot predict the charges imposed by each country's local government. We also cannot predict questions each customer may have, so we have our policies readily available on our website and have different channels to reach out to our customer service for assistance. In terms of the results, it generally takes 3-6 mos. to see visible results with consistent use. However, individual results vary as hair growth & current stage of hair cycle are different for everyone. Some users reported seeing new growth & improved hair health early on, while others noticed great results even after 12 mos.
