The iRestore professional has given me excellent results.
The irestore professional has been great. I have had excellent results. The reason for the 4 star review is the customer service. If you need to ask a question, forget it. Don't expect a response if you email them. This could be a major problem if you have a problem with your device. The company needs to spend some money and get a professional team as the face of the company.

No shipping in time or communication…
No shipping in time or communication about order after emailing them. So far I am really disappointed for a product that costs so much, that their customer support is non-existent.

I paid for irestore elite and they…
I paid for irestore elite and they don’t have the inventory. First they created a label then canceled it. Still waiting on response as to when product is available. Meanwhile my credit card is charged.

I ordered the product and suppose…
I ordered the product and suppose arrived few days after. While I check the order status, I was no idea on what’s happened as the parcel is not delivered. I sent to iRestore customer service, the experience is terrible. Not providing the solution but ask me to check DHL myself. I had a feeling on being scam now.
