Outstanding Customer Service
I have found Irestore customer service to be extremely helpful and responsive. I returned my helmet for an upgrade and the entire transaction took 4 days from start to finish when I received my new helmet. This product has improved my hair growth immensely. My only regret is I took so long to purchase one.

IHIP discount?
After some confusion as to whether to honor a $650 discount for the irestore headset, management has given the "OK" to credit my CC for $350. That makes my total discount to equal $650. I am very surprised irestore did this and will gladly spread the word this organization is worthy of your business!

No help after 6 months of consistent use
After six months of daily use, my hair has gotten worse not better. This product was very disappointing and now they have changed there guarantee to include an 18% charge for returning their item. That was not mentioned when I originally review their 12 month money back guarantee. Pretty disappointing over all.

Awesome Customer Service!
We had an issue with our device after a few months and I reached out to the company. They told me to send the defective device back and they would take a look to see the root cause of the issue. They found the fault and issued me a new product immediately. Great customer service!!!
