This company was referred to me by a trusted pier,and they have never disappointed. I had one issue regarding shipping that they corrected immediately. I was surprised and completely grateful at how accommodating they were. I should also note that I have ordered several times from this company, as well as recommended it to peers without incident and quality is top-notch.

I put my bank account number in to see how much my order would be with that discount. 11 days later I was charged for the order even though I didn’t order, nor did they have an order for me! I argued with them for days, as they assured me that it would not post! It’s posted! They stole my money! And anyone that didn’t check their bank account like I do would’ve been taken for almost $200! And I assure you.. with the horrible customer service through email, because they would’ve return my call, they would’ve never shipped product or let you know they accidentally took your money! Don’t trust this company with your bank account! They will rob you!

It's rather hit and miss out there when trying to find a valid company to do business with. Based on other reviews, I decided to place an order. Within 30 minutes of doing so, I was notified my order was accepted and it was in the mail with a tracking number. I think that says a lot. Will definitely buy more in the future.

This company requires the buyer to send a government ID card prior to processing orders even though the full shipping address and bank ACH cleared to pay them. Why they are gathering photo IDs? Do not buy from them given the industry scrutiny at the moment. There are too many other great suppliers.

UPDATE>> They finally issued me a refund after 2 weeks This company sent be a bad vial, will not refund or replace. I sent it back with the order number in the box and NOTHING... Poor products and poor customer service.

I paid for overnight shipping. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. DONT think I’ll be ordering from them anything.

Ordered during sale waited weeks only to get a refund and no product. I reached out multiple times by email with no response. I wouldn't order again.
