Ordered the copper peptide serum from Ionpeptide and it got here in about four days, sealed up nice. Been using it every night for a couple weeks and my face feels smoother, no stinging or breakout so far.

I have always loved using Ion. As they have great savings and peptides. I appreciate a peptide company that goes above and beyond and to provide safe products. However, I may need to stop ordering with them, as after placing my last order, I noticed that my bank account had been drafted twice for my order in August. I have emailed multiple times and used the chat feature and was told it would be addressed by their accounting department, but it has been crickets. Not even a acknowledgement. I get an instant response if I’m trying to place an order and want to spend money but not when I am owed my own money back. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I certainly did not want to leave a bad review, but I’m not sure what other option I have at this point to receive assistance to get my money back.

I purchased the GHK-Cu shampoo and conditioner from Ion. Excited to see such a product because I am experiencing hair thinning. I received the order quickly, however the shampoo pump is defective - I got it to work however it will not "close" now. I contacted ION and they gave me a $10 store credit! Great company to interact with! FYI, the shampoo and conditioner bottles are a GREAT VALUE. The size of the bottles for the price is amazing. AND THE SMELL IS DELIGHTFUL!!! Definitely hooked.

Very poor customer service. My communication with them was met with an arrogant and self-righteous person that lacked any semblance of how to deal with the issues I had with their company. What could have been accomplished with a simple apology turned into guy defending the indefensible. My shipment didn't go out the same day as stated in their shipping policy. In fact, FedEx didn't get parcel until late the next day. As a result the my package took 5 days to arrive instead of 2 since it sat at FedEx over the weekend. And their prices dropped the next day which cost me an extra $24. No apology. No offer to extend the price reduction to me. Bye-bye ION. There's so many better peptide suppliers out there.
