Very poor customer service. My communication with them was met with an arrogant and self-righteous person that lacked any semblance of how to deal with the issues I had with their company. What could have been accomplished with a simple apology turned into guy defending the indefensible. My shipment didn't go out the same day as stated in their shipping policy. In fact, FedEx didn't get parcel until late the next day. As a result the my package took 5 days to arrive instead of 2 since it sat at FedEx over the weekend. And their prices dropped the next day which cost me an extra $24. No apology. No offer to extend the price reduction to me. Bye-bye ION. There's so many better peptide suppliers out there.

After making an online purchase with this company, my credit card was hit with several fraudulent charges from gaming sites. After doing a internet search, it appears this has happened to several people. Keep an eye on your cards if you placed a purchase

Would give 0 stars if I could, stay away. Missing money.

I put my bank account number in to see how much my order would be with that discount. 11 days later I was charged for the order even though I didn’t order, nor did they have an order for me! I argued with them for days, as they assured me that it would not post! It’s posted! They stole my money! And anyone that didn’t check their bank account like I do would’ve been taken for almost $200! And I assure you.. with the horrible customer service through email, because they would’ve return my call, they would’ve never shipped product or let you know they accidentally took your money! Don’t trust this company with your bank account! They will rob you!

This company requires the buyer to send a government ID card prior to processing orders even though the full shipping address and bank ACH cleared to pay them. Why they are gathering photo IDs? Do not buy from them given the industry scrutiny at the moment. There are too many other great suppliers.

I paid for overnight shipping. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. DONT think I’ll be ordering from them anything.

Beware! This company will steal your credit card information. I used a credit card that had not been used in over 8 years to buy from Ion. The next day, fraudulent charges of $1800 appeared. I wrote a review about this theft on TrustPilot in June. There were several other reviews saying that they had their banking information stolen also. My review and all the others are no longer on TrustPilot. Somehow, Ion Peptide is getting them removed. Beware!

Very poor service. Paid for same day shipping and it has been 12 business days with no shipping information. I have emailed 3 times and first was told they were making changes to their site and to be patient. After a few days I asked again and was told that my item “was just back in stock and would be sent out immediately”. Days later still no shipping information and they are back to saying the site is going through maintenance and for me to be patient.
