Totally disapointed! I made a payment and received a tracking number for FedEx, but I do not have any order in my invictastores account. I don't know what happens with my money and the watches I ordered! I think this is a fake site and a scam and I will contact the relevant institutions!

Update! Received my order today February 03 just like I was told and I am so pleased with my purchase. Exactly what I thought it'll be.

Don't purchase from Invictastores.com. Don't believe the positive reviews. Notice how they all come in the same period and the negative reviews are more spread out ? That's because in my opinion they are using some sort of reputation management service. Everything about this company and website is awful. First of all they use horrible marketing tactics to make their watches seem like such a great deal. They list a high retail price and then show a huge discount. In reality the watches are not worth the full retail price and probably rarely sell for that much. The only reason I wanted an invicta watch is they look pretty nice. I had one from costco a few years ago that looked great and told time okay till it broke and i had to take it back. Anyway I decided i just wanted something for those times when I want to look like i have an expensive watch that's easily replaceable if robbed etc. But this review is about the website. The website claims items will ship 10 business days after order. Well they charged my card immediately and I put it in my calendar and it has never shipped some 16 business days later. I even emailed the email listed on the website to inquire when i could expect shipment and to advise that if it didn't ship soon i would be leaving a negative trust pilot review. I never received a response. The phone line is only open to 2pm pst which is pathetic and makes it difficult for a working person to call. The phone number will not answer from a blocked number which is unappreciated as well. And the hold times are horrendous. In short I would NOT ever purchase from invictastores.com again.

Unfortunately one of the most uninformed process like okay it's saying it was delivered to saddle brook NJ and now marked as completely delivered well no its not in my hands so definitely not delivered......just seems like a mess over there will never purchase again for shipping to Canada until they fix this mess....update....the watch has arrived randomly one day got an email from Canada post and then it got delivered...........just wish I wasn't left in the the dark for 2 weeks

One order placed on 12/29/21 and the other on 12/31/21 both have yet to ship. Before I purchased both the site indicated the watches were in stock CLEARLY they aren't. So now its over two weeks later and neither one has shipped and no correspondence with customer service they refuse to email back. Terrible customer service/and purchasing processes. Whats in stock vs what isn't is probably the easiest problem in sales to avoid and they haven't figured that out....shameful.

Ordered and paid on December 16 hoping to receive prior to Christmas. No contact from the company. They do not answer their one 800 number. They do not answer emails. No contact no watch. It is totally unacceptable and unfortunate. I will never purchase another Invicta watch. I have purchased over 10 in the last five years and enjoyed the product, but this experience has been so incredibly disappointing I will never suggest anyone ever purchasing one of these watches. They've taken a good customer and turn them into haters. I'm not the only one obviously from the other complaints that I read above. No positives all nothing but negative experiences. Going to my edit card company and ask that they get our money back and file a complaint.

Orderd 3 weeks ago no tracking no nothing send email to both fedex and invicta next day i get email saying my order is canceled. Dont buy their stuff big bs scam now iam trying to get my money back

I purchased a watch on 11/25/2021 meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband and paid around $550. My order is still “processing” and the company has not made any effort to proactively notify me on the status of my order. I have reached out to their customer service and just receive a general response that due to holiday volumes there are processing delays. However, a month and a half is more than a delay - I’m starting to feel like I was scammed. I still want the watch for my spouse, but so frustrated that I have no clue when or if it will ever be received. Also, there is a typo in the automated email that you receive when emailing their customer service where they misspelled “Service”. Seems incredibly unprofessional since that email appears to be sent out to all customers who contact them that way.
