I came in to replace the battery and I was greeted properly. He took the time to explain to me the difference between a lifetime and a one time purchase for a battery. I appreciate that since I’m constantly changing batteries and my Invicta watches for my husband and I thank you for an excellent service and for your time replacing the battery.
