It's been way to long for items to ship

I love it 😻 lovely 😊 love ❤️ love ❤️ love 💕 love 💕

Excellent service they are very profesional, and the delivery of purchases is timely.

Largo tiempo de espera para despachar productos.

Very disappointed that I paid for overnight shipping and a week later I still do not have my watch

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent order. Despite my immediate attempts to update the shipping address from a previous California residence to my current Arizona home, your customer service representatives informed me that the modification was not possible, citing that the order was already in progress. It is highly concerning that my request was denied while the order remained unprocessed. I was subsequently advised to wait for delivery and attempt recovery, which is an unacceptable resolution for a loyal customer of several years. Due to this lack of support and the resulting loss of my purchase, I will no longer be placing orders or recommending your company.

I only recieved one watch out of 2 and the one i didn't recieve was the more expensive of them. Not very happy at all. None of the tracking numbers worked and now one is missing

So easy to look up details of watch that i purchased, and great price
