Very Disappointed – Watch Arrived Scratched I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from the Invicta Store. I ordered a brand-new watch, expecting it to arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the watch arrived with visible scratches on the front metal bezel, straight out of the factory packaging. When purchasing a new watch, especially from a reputable brand like Invicta, customers should not have to worry about receiving a product that already looks used or damaged. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and product inspections before shipping. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expected from Invicta. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully inspect their watches upon delivery.

Disliking the fact the origin of the movements is no longer listed as a country, but a company that has to be researched to know where it was made. I have 40+ watches, and will continue to buy if I know where the movements are made.... and stop making stuff in China.

I like the Bold forward designs Invicta produces. The watches are priced well and there are many choices of different styles. the shipping times could be much improved

the website is so delayed so I clicked on back button 3 times and somehow it ordered the watches in my cart without authorization and didn't get my 40 percent off.

I paid extra on fast shipping and it never came
