I would prefer not to go to another app to check the status of my order. A quick tracking link would be sufficient. This is how it’s done with mostly all retailers. Keep it simple.

Mistakenly used the wrong card and immediately emailed to either switch payment method or cancel order and let me reorder using the correct card and was told they can’t….meanwhile the order still hasn’t shipped ….definitely not customer friendly

I can see communication is on the rise, however the time frame needs updating so it doesn't take so long to receive order in hand. I like how the site has been upgraded for when you need to return something, keep doing what you are doing for it is noticeable.

Very bad customer service, and shipping

It’s ridiculous: you buy a watch online, but when you receive it and go to the store, you have to pay $20 to have it adjusted to your size. It’s honestly just stupid—I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered my product a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. Received an email stating there was a delay in shipping. Not happy about this.
