Stop inventing new newsletters to get me to buy. It's a slap in the face to have you dangle, supposedly, great investment opportunities in front of current subscribers and then tell us we have to shell out more money to get those picks in a new investment publication. What am I paying for if not new stock picks ? MOST of the emails I get from you are solicitations to buy some new publication. Treat your subscribers better and quit inventing reasons to create a new publication so you can charge us more for info we should be getting in our current newsletters. You're asking me for a date below. It's all of the time.

I signed up for a service that included…
I signed up for a service that included many extras and they do not exist. Instead all I have gotten is more emails asking me to spend more to get the breakout trader and other stuff. I unfortunately signed up in early February therefore I have a loss on the stocks selected but the marketing I feel was deceptive therefore I cannot blame them for my timing of signing up.

100% regret ever signing up for Investor Place
100% regret ever signing up for anything from Investor Place and all of its subsidiaries that constantly bombard me with emails that say nothing except click this link, listen to this promotion for 30 minutes and then pay for something I already have. Or have to click a link to get any information that maybe I did pay for. There's no reason I should get at a minimum of 3 emails per day. I thought I'd changed my setting to stop all this but it still comes. I don't even bother to open the emails any more because they aren't going to give me advice or recommendations 9 times out of 10. Once in awhile there will be information IN the email and not off on some link. But at this point I have such a bad attitude about ever paying any money and signing up for this service, it just irritates me every time I see another email. I'm going to gladly stick with the other services I've been using. Their emails are understandable, to the point and give me information without having to trapse through a bunch of links.
Sorry, but that's how I feel. And I need to make sure I didn't sign something for auto renew too.

Your reply today (Dec 23rd) was not real helpful. Yes I know I can unsubscribe but as I mentioned in the review some of what you send me are related to services I DID pay for. Why would I want to unsubscribe?! That’s why I haven’t gone that route. Would still like to get what I signed up for.

I have suffered great losses with this service, but I still believe in Luke.
The stocks purchased under the advice of this Innovation Investor service have shown me a loss of more than 40%.
I have bought Luke's suggestions again, and I maintain a loss of 15%. I still have the faith that everything will be reversed and I continue to trust Luke.

First step to creating trust: admit when you’re wrong. Luke Lango never admits when he’s wrong, he simply does the following:
- “pounds the table” on stocks -90% so you average down on garbage (GOEV, OPEN, DM, all -90% or more);
- repackages losing companies as a “high risk portfolio” when it was the core portfolio before he called it that
- talks about “our stocks being up 40%” while the S&P is only up 5% because he’s talking about stocks rebounding from their lows, not your position or even his position when he still bought;
- but most importantly, if the stock already declined 50% and had a bad quarter or two, WHY ARE WE STILL HOLDING IT?! Why not take the loss, let the stock decline 90%, then maybe get back in when fundamentals improve?
I’ve had maybe 3 winners back when I bought the lifetime under Matt McCall.
How about this value-add: include one pick per quarter from the Early Stage Investor newsletter. I want to grab the stock BEFORE it rips, not after it rips then declines 90%.
I know InvestorPlace can do better and I hope things turnaround soon.

Selling products without full disclosure of the facts
I took out a subscription to breakthrough stocks for $1799 and no refund and if it underperformed would get a second year free. they said I could switch to another service within 90 days and I switched to breakout trader. tried that service, didn't meet expectations and asked to switch to another service and said no as their policy is for one switch per customer, I said I realize they have to put a limit on switching service, advised this would be my last switch and wouldn't do it again. they still said no as their policy is still just one switch per customer. I said I get that but with a no refund policy, they need to be more flexible and I said no one advised me I could only switch once. said I now have a service I am stuck with a $1799 service I don't want. A person could complain to the better business bureau or contact the attorney general in my state about this. They hide behind their policies and you can never talk to anyone about this kind of thing, they are probably afraid of getting yelled at and maybe they should or get kicked in the behind.

Hi Marlon -
Thank you for providing your feedback. We apologize that you are not satisfied with your experience. Only having your first name, I'm unable to locate an account for you in our system to provide more details. With that said, I can comment on the above by saying the Breakthrough Stocks subscription is non-refundable because of the amount of access that subscribers gain.. including over 75 positions/recommendations in our online Portfolio... including over 8 new recommendations in the past few weeks. This is one of our top performing services in which the portfolio broken down into a conservative, moderate, and aggressive system for all types of investors. When someone cancels a non-refundable service, we do certainly allow them to move/switch into another service... most times it's with the pro-rated InvestorPlace credit on their account. In this case, it sounds like we provided you with an even swap (no additional cost) to another service Breakout Trader - by Luke Lango. This service also has over 15 active recommendations, including 10 from 2023. As you can see, allowing someone to continuously swap back and forth between products is not "fair" to our other subscribers who buy them all individual or join one of our bundle memberships that include(s) multiple or all publications. By swapping over and over, you potentially gain access to over hundreds of recommendations/special reports and educational material that we would normally charge people for.
With all of that said, we are happy to offer you to swap back to your original order (Breakthrough Stocks - Louis Navellier) if you would like to. Simply call or email our team and refer to this review. You gained access to two highly performing services, so we hope that we can find a common ground and meet your financial goals with our memberships.
We look forward to speaking with you.

Consider the sells for this March
Consider the sells for this March. Average loss: 18%. This never gets figured into Louis's summaries, but if you sell stocks at a loss, this is permanently lost cash. It should be carried along with the total portfolio value, and that brings the value of the portfolio down considerably, but never makes its appearance in the portfolio list with profits/losses of the *currently* held stocks. I understand that this will vary with individual investors just as their portfolios do, so investors should track gain/loss from their sales. However, if we assume that initially all Navellier investments start with the same value, then one statistic that measures total profit/loss from sales would simply be the sum of the percents of gain/loss, and to keep this relevant, this should be an annual "bank account" of percentages reset to zero every year on, say, January 1 of that year.

Hey Thomas -
Thanks for your feedback and for being a subscriber.
If you are referring to our portfolio page, we do put the average return on the portfolio page. We also do not remove our "sells" immediately... we keep those on the portfolio page for around 30 days (to allow all subscribers to see - this is a fairly common practice on our end). This is an "open portfolio" to represent our open/active trades. We are happy to share some historical data if you contact our Customer Service team. When we discuss our results for the halfway mark of the year, or a yearly or quarterly review, we do always lay it all out - the wins and losses. I hope this cleared anything up... and of course, if you see things differently or have a suggestion for us, please share! We are always looking to make sure our customers can easily digest our research.
Thanks again for taking the time to write in.
