I apologize that are you receiving unwanted emails. Each of our emails has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom to allow customers to update their email preferences so that they only receive the emails that they want to. Customers are also able to call or email our customer service team for assistance with updating these preferences. To clarify, we do not sell or trade customer details such as email addresses. We do operate within a network of affiliated companies that we work closely with. In some cases, we may collaborate with these trusted affiliates to provide you with valuable offers, updates, or services that we believe may be of interest to you based on your buying experience with us. We find that some customers will unsubscribe from receiving emails and then subsequently sign up to receive future emails from our company. There are also cases where customers have signed up for our content using multiple email addresses or they have email forwarding setup for multiple addresses. When customers unsubscribe from one email address, they will continue to receive future emails to the email addresses that remain subscribed. Update: I'm sorry if you felt that our initial response was not useful. I have searched out system for an account using the name you list on this site and made sure we have prevented all promotional emails from sending to the email address on file. If this is the correct account, I show that there is an active paid subscription to one of our products, so you would continue to receive that content for as long as the subscription is active.
