I listen, and evaluate to what is being said sometimes I agree and sometimes I disagree but I put that confidence in what Luke is saying and hope it happens the way he said it would. The logic make a lot of sense we just need to be heard.

I love the daily notes and updates from Luke. Very insightful thought there is no option to send comments within the portal itself. 2) I find the portal not very user friendly. Example - cannot sort the folio on various columns; The returns shown + or - is very confusing to understand (1/3 sell or 2/3 sell etc...) 3) on my Account profile, there is no traceability on when I signed up or when is my expiry etc. It does not show when I last paid and how much etc. 4) It does not give flexibility to cancel or extend membership online (if I want to) 5) There is no option to send comments or ask questions to Luke or other in the community on anything 6) Overall the look and feel of the portal experience needs overhaul.

It's always the same story when it comes to recommendations. Investment gurus are highlighting their winners. Losers are rarely mentioned. When I am reading about the many teasers the questions therefore always remains which one to buy and which one to avoid. I cannot buy the whole model portfolio with a small investment account. Therefore I am basically left alone with my investment decisions. My observation is that there are usually at least as many losers as winners. True there might be some triple digit winners but that doesn't help if you missed them. There are for instance 42 stocks in one of the core portfolio I am subscribed to. Half of them are losers, many of them are down 50% or more. But each of them had its promotion. There was an extensive rationale behind the buying. Therefore the question remains for each investor: how to avoid buying a majority of stocks that will go south for months and years?

I like the regular updates via email/texts and the insights. I like Luke’s opinions on what to buy and when and also when to take some profit. I don’t like how he’s been wrong over the past year or so as to when the divergence trend would occur and when a new bull market was due. I don’t like how when the analysts are wrong they’ll find a way for subscribers who can afford additional payments to benefit from special insights and does not include all.

I love the product, and the details Luke provides every day. But I have some misgivings about it. First of all, I’ve contacted Customer Service a few times regarding my subscription and they have been neglectful in returning my messages. Multiple times in the last few weeks. There are some discrepancies in my account from what was promised in the Owners Manual, and I think I deserve some answers. So that is how I have “balanced” my ratings.

I'm an older investor so the "speculative" space only occupies about 20% maximum of my portfolio. There have been some great calls but also some brutal losses and/or zombie dead money positions. I would strongly suggest you also provide stops with the specific recommendations.

The responseness of email takes too long or is not answered. Fe i like to have a package deal for Luke subscriptions. I have a lot of marketing messages for subscription i already have.
