I apologize that are you receiving unwanted emails. Each of our emails has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom to allow customers to update their email preferences so that they only receive the emails that they want to. Customers are also able to update these preferences through their online account or by contacting our customer service team for assistance with updating these preferences. We find that some customers will unsubscribe from receiving emails and then subsequently sign up to receive future emails from our company. There are also cases where customers have signed up for our content using multiple email addresses or they have email forwarding setup for multiple addresses. When customers unsubscribe from one email address, they will continue to receive future emails to the email addresses that remain subscribed. I searched for an account based on the information provided and unfortunately, I cannot find an account connected to this email address. If you can reply with the email address from which you are receiving unwanted emails, I would be happy to assist by applying a master opt-out function to ensure that you no longer receive any marketing or free editorial emails from us. I have requested additional information on this site to locate your account. Once I receive that information, I will be able to apply a 'master opt-out' function to stop any promotional emails from coming to you. Update: Thank you for providing the requested information. I was able to unsubscribe your email from all promotional content and the free e-letter you were registered for. Emails typically take 2-3 days to fully stop, but if you continue to see emails from InvestorPlace after that time frame please forward the email to [email protected] so that we can further investigate.
