I apologize that are you receiving unwanted emails. Each of our emails has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom to allow customers to update their email preferences so that they only receive the emails that they want to. Customers are also able to update these preferences through their online account or by contacting our customer service team for assistance with updating these preferences. We find that some customers will unsubscribe from receiving emails and then subsequently sign up to receive future emails from our company. There are also cases where customers have signed up for our content using multiple email addresses or they have email forwarding setup for multiple addresses. When customers unsubscribe from one email address, they will continue to receive future emails to the email addresses that remain subscribed.
