So, at the risk of repeating what I said before, if you did, indeed, receive it, I will tell you again how helpful your Account Specialist, Brett was when I called to request a cancellation of your newsletters and a reimbursement to my credit card account for the renewal fees already charged to me. Brett was very courteous, knowledgeable, and responded immediately to resolve all of these issues on the phone. This decision to cancel all of the information publications in no way reflects on my opinion of your wonderful company, but is strictly a decision made based on my financial situation. Thank you for having such a capable representative like Brett to attend your followers. I highly respect your company and doing business with Brett was indeed a pleasure.

The representative was very professional and displayed empathy to my reason for having to cancel the subscription. He was also uniquely graceful in asking if I had an interest in investing in the future. Cudos to him for his genuine compassion, especially in this world today, where insincerity abounds. Alpha nicely summerizes the thoughts and recommendations about stocks by the InvestorPlace's senior advisors (highly regarded investment experts). Alpha gets promptly emailed every week on Saturday. I have quite an admiration for the Senior Managing Editor, Ms. Jessica Zeller, because she conveys so much valuable information about stocks in a condensed form and easy to read.

Your service was great and helpful; however, I didn't have the personal funds to risk during last year's tumultuous times. I was looking to handle some of funds in my deferred comp handled through my job, but it proved to complicated. I would have kept subscribing, however, the renewal is on a card that I recently did a 0%balance transfer that is good until 4/24 and therefore any purchases would negate the 0% transfer and I currently don't have a card available for automatic withdrawals. I will definitely subscribe with you again when I have the time and the resources.

I have subscribed to the basic plan $49 I get a portfolio with dates bought and updates on price entry points etc of portfolio stocks. Have been given about 10 new stock buy recommendations recently with entry limit price and doing well. I cannot buy all the stocks in portfolio but now have a good representation in most of the growth sectors. Important to have a range of sectors. Oh --Stocks can go up or down, time proves portfolio strength or weakness. Yes there is quite a lot of other stuff being offered but I stick to what I paid for and very happy.
