We feel that our ALPHA membership (which we did offer to any Vanguard subscriber) covers a number of areas in the market to stay diversified. We have a few hundred thousand subscribers and a number of well known analysts who offer a variety of investment research and analysis. Timothy - Thank you for reaching out and your comments above. We have initiated a refund, but it appears to have been held up since this was a wire transfer out of the country. My team is investigating this now. We are escalating this to our accounting team so that you can receive your refund. After reviewing your account, I do not see record of a request to turn off/unsubscribe from automatic renewal until after the 2022 charge did hit your credit card... that is why the charge still took place. Of course this has since been cancelled and we are working hard to wire your refund. We will send a follow-up email to you shortly (today 12/8/22) confirming our next steps. We will also happily offer you a free additional year of the Growth Investor subscription if you are interested. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch soon to follow-up.
