Fantastic support!
Really happy with the follow up training sessions Matthew Lomas from Brightpearl by Sage has delivered, his product knowledge clear informative support and guidance have been first class from the off, it has really given me the confidence to get the best out of this product, nothing was to much trouble. Keep up the great work.

Great Support from Jaspar
I had an excellent experience with Jaspar from the Inventory Planner support team. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate through all my questions and concerns with ease. I had a specific request, and he made it work perfectly. Highly recommend his assistance!

A cornerstone of our business
Our purchasing operations would be as lean and agile as they are without Inventory Planner. It has become a cornerstone of our business, saving us many hours and ensuring we're always on top of our purchasing requirements. Recently, we had a query about how to deal with backorders and have solved this with the help of Teo and the team; we're confident Inventory Planner will remain a key part of our business for years to come. Where suppliers do not have a minimum spend or quantity we have automated the creation of our purchase orders. Where we need to meet a budget or a quantity we have vendor alerts that let us know it is time to order. This has significantly reduced the guesswork and workload, measurably increasing efficiency.
